Welcome to Bundle Joy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our gift baskets and related products. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

Bundle Joy is a home-based small business located in Calgary, Alberta. All products are handmade, packed, and delivered with care. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on this page.

2. Product Availability and Substitutions

All baskets are hand-assembled using high-quality products. Product availability can change at any time. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a specific product is unavailable. Substitutions are made with careful consideration to maintain the overall theme, quality, and value of the basket. By purchasing from Bundle Joy, you acknowledge that minor variations in appearance and content may occur.

3. Custom Orders

Custom gift baskets are available upon request. Once a custom order is confirmed and payment is made, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and delivery fees, where applicable, will be added at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

5. Delivery Policy

We currently offer delivery within Calgary and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Bundle Joy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the basket may be left at the door (weather permitting) or rescheduled at the customer’s expense.

6. Pickup Policy

Customers choosing pickup will be contacted to arrange a pickup time. Please ensure you arrive on time as our business operates by appointment only. Bundle Joy is a home-based business; the pickup address will be provided after order confirmation.

7. Alcohol Policy

In compliance with Alberta law, Bundle Joy does not sell or distribute alcohol. However, customers may request an empty space in the basket where they may choose to add their own beverage after delivery. We do not handle, store, or include any alcoholic products in our baskets.

8. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases where an incorrect or damaged item was delivered, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or customized items.

If an order needs to be canceled before processing, please contact us immediately. Once assembly has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Allergies and Food Safety

Some baskets may contain or come in contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, or other allergens. Bundle Joy is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Customers are encouraged to review basket contents and communicate any allergies prior to purchase.

10. Website Content

All images, descriptions, and prices on this website are for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual product. Bundle Joy reserves the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and availability without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bundle Joy and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our products or website is to discontinue using our services.

We value your privacy. Personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely to process and deliver your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to complete your delivery.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable federal laws of Canada.
